We are dedicated to delivering the best experience every step of the way. So, after the initial 3D rendering, we may have additional meetings to discuss necessary revisions. We never move forward with a project until you are 100% happy with your deck design. Once your 3D rendering is approved, your price is locked in to our price guarantee meaning it will not change.

We will then create a timeline that best suits your schedule. Once a schedule is in place, we will start pulling permits, assist with HOA submission, and begin your project. Depending on your project size, the actual construction could take anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks.
